關於現代遠程網絡教導除學曆教導外,還有網上課程教導和網上培訓教導。這種在我國剛剛興起的現代化教育形式，雖然具有不受空間、時間的限制，便於社會各階層成人學習等優點，但由於投入的資金量大、師資要求高，所以，一般都只是由普通高等學校如中國人民大學、華中科技大學、華中師范大學、湖北教育學院等等高等院校來辦，頗具局限性。

繼續教育和職業培訓教育是一種以職業教育、培訓和提高雇員的專業技能和基本能力為重點的教育形式。目前，這種形式的教育在我國還沒有很好的掌握。雖然許多高校都開展了此類培訓和教育，但大多數都是專業的教育培訓項目。這不是教育活動真正的社會延續，也沒有從單一的學習教育形式中去除。這種教導方式在國外比較深刻，幾乎所有的教育部門、學校、企業、公司、社區都在辦。這一短期培訓和教育的目的是培養和提高工作人員的科學和理論的新水平，增加他們的知識和遠見;使他們具備21世紀社會發展和工作所必需的新能力和新素質。

從下面不難看出，中國的成人教導落後於歐美一些發達國家。為使我國成人教導事業倏地發展，國家應更加劇視成人教導事業，加大對成人教導投資的治理力度，創建和美滿成人教育法，積極革新現有的一些教育制度，如招生制度，並嘗試從外國大學招收學生的方法。向國外學習，借鑒國外成人教育經驗，積極推進社區教育，員工職業培訓和繼續教育。對不實施成人教導的部門、企業、事業單位、單位和個人，依法給予處罰。國家要充分發揮宣傳媒體的作用，為全民創造學習氛圍，使全民樹立體育學習和體育觀念，提高全民素質。

一、成人教育發展現狀分析
